Counseling is a wonderful investment in yourself and your relationships, but finding the right counselor is tough. I provide a safe space for clients to pause, reflect, feel, and find their way… Struggling with anxiety, relationship conflict/divorce, loneliness, grief, major life changes, or lingering issues from past trauma? I bring a depth of experience and professional training in communication, de-escalating & healing relationships, and trauma. I will bring an open, caring, inquisitive, and deeply compassionate presence to our time together. I’m here to sit with you—sometimes to challenge you—but always to really listen.
I believe in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. I’ve been on that sofa! Life is just like that: messy. Our jobs/relationships have a profound effect on us, but we keep swimming. Some days we need extra support, or new tools in our toolbox to help us reflect, feel, heal, let go, grow, and explore new ways of being.
I graduated from Central Methodist University with an M.S. in Clinical Counseling. In addition, I am EFIT Level 2 Certified. I also hold a master’s degree in business management and a bachelor’s degree in English. My career has been a wonderful journey from ad agency to sales and marketing executive, college professor, executive coach, consultant, corporate trainer/speaker to individual and couples’ counselor. Through the years, I have been a dedicated foodie, reader, hiker, gardener, cyclist, yogi, meditator, thespian, and artist.
