Hi there! Finding a counselor who suits your unique needs can be stressful, and that’s likely the last thing you need. Hopefully, learning a bit about me can help you find your perfect fit.

I am currently a second-year M.Ed. student in the Counseling Psychology program at the University of Missouri. Under the supervision of Andrea Wiele, LPC, I hope to have the privilege of working with you to achieve your therapeutic and personal goals. I believe that you are the expert on your life, and my role is to help you navigate your concerns within your individual context.

In 2024, I earned my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Missouri. I double majored in Psychology and Art, providing me with an interdisciplinary background and passion for building strong relationships, fostering creative problem-solving, and understanding emotional expression. I have also had the opportunity to work at several research labs, allowing me to contribute to projects concerning emotional development, adaptive support, and advocacy. The insights I have gained remain relevant in a counseling context as they have helped shape my understanding of how identity and context influence mental health.

As someone who has experienced my own mental health challenges, I understand how intimidating it can be to seek counseling, especially when it requires high levels of trust and vulnerability. Together, I believe we can form a supportive therapeutic alliance that helps you feel understood, respected, and empowered. I want to create a space for you to explore and process the challenges life may throw your way, no matter how simple or complex they may feel. Therapy can be a powerful tool for growth, healing, and self-discovery, and I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
