Women’s Relational Growth Group

This group may be for me if…

  • I keep finding myself in relationships that I feel obligated to continue.  I don’t really enjoy the people I am around.

  • I have a lot of hurts in my past, but it’s just too painful to think about them.  Even when I try to ignore them, they’re always in the back of my mind.

  • When I am faced with confrontation, I either avoid it and want to hide or I explode with irritability and anger.

  • I recognize I give up parts of myself to make and keep other people happy.  I am ready to figure out how to get unstuck.

  • I have been working on how to have healthy relationships for some time now, but I would like to connect with others on a similar journey as me.

How will I benefit from this group?

  • This group is for women who are working toward healthy relationships.

  • Within the group, we will learn how to effectively communicate our emotions, needs, desires, and frustrations without self-sabotaging ourselves.

  • The Relational Growth Group is a safe place to share past hurts and traumatic experiences/memories knowing there is no judgement and complete confidentiality.

  • While this group is a therapy group, additional resources will be made available to those who may benefit.  These may include additional counseling suggestions, support groups, community opportunities, and physical health resources.

  • If you’re entering or going through a life transition, this group will walk alongside you as you navigate new relationships.

This group will meet on Thursday evenings, starting January 30, 2020.

6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Cost is $45/session and individuals will pay for one month of group sessions on the first Thursday of each month.
